REVIEW: L'ORÉAL ELVIVE FULL RESTORE 5

L'Oréal Elvive Leave-In Conditioner
I'm not sure if you all remember over easter me briefly talking about in a roundup post how I bought this leave-in conditioner to try out. Well I realised it had been a few months for me to have a proper evaluation of the product and here it is. I'm still finding my way around writing reviews.. especially beauty reviews so I hope you can all bear with me while I find the words haha.

Now I'm not sure if you're like me and constantly are changing their hair colour. Last October I did the big plunge to bleach my hair blonde again, although this time I wasn't going to do the gradual blonde process within a month as that ladies and gentlemen is how you can undoubtedly fry your hair beyond repair! (Note to readers if you want to achieve White Hair take it nice and slow- and also be prepared for fryed hair no matter what) I then decided to go Lavender which I really wished I'd kept up but oh well..  anyway my point being that all the bleach I'd been using to get rid of roots was starting to slowly take it's toll (even though I was waiting at least 6 weeks before re-dying), so when I went out with one of my friends over easter I saw this in Superdrug (my NUS card gets 10% off #studentdiscount) and thought "hey let's try this!".

It's roughly been about 3 months since I bought this purchase and I have noticed a big difference in the quality of my hair. Before it was dry and straw like and now it's actually resembling the feel of hair. I normally use spray it on my hair after I've showered focusing particularly on the ends (as that's where all the damage is normally). I then leave my hair in a towel bun for a bit before blowdrying it dry and have soft lovely hair (or at least something that resembles hair haha).

I can't see any faults with this product apart from the fact that it doesn't detangle my crazy destroyed hair but I wasn't holding much hope for that haha. It's a light easy to use spray that does what it says on the bottle. It even says that you can use it inbetween washes sorta like a dry shampoo which I haven't tried yet but will, I find dry shampoos to just make my hair even more dirtier which kinda cancels the point in using it ya know what I mean.
So if you're looking for a great leave-in conditioner that does what it says and makes your hair feel fabulous (not to mention I love the smell) then this product is for you!

Purchased at Superdrug: £3.99
